Post: Learning Support Worker
Location: Gt Yarmouth Hours: part-time, Tuesdays and Thursdays (15 hours)

A support worker is required to work alongside a Life & Social Skills Tutor at The Bridge project. The project offers initial engagement activities and accredited learning to individuals aged 18 plus who are dis-engaged from mainstream activities and may have previous convictions or are be at risk of offending.

An outreach Employment Advisor is required to work in the GT Yarmouth area supporting un-employed individuals aged 18 plus seeking to improve their employment prospects. The Advisor will spend two days a week at The Bridge Project and three days a week working in the local community.

The project supports minority and diverse groups of offenders referred by Norfolk Probation Area. This is a temporary position until 31 March 2010. However, aspects of this project have been identified for future inclusion in MOVEON east delivery and further funding is being sought. Secondment considered.

Expression of interest is sought from qualified tutors to deliver Life Skills and/or Skills for Life to individuals aged 18 plus who have limited prior learning experience. Delivery will take place within the Kings Lynn, Gt Yarmouth and Norwich areas.

Post: Administrative Officer

A part time Administrative Officer is required to support a new project assisting prisoners into employment. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and the ability to input accurate data.

This is a new scheme to be developed across Norfolk & Suffolk linking ex-offenders to existing provision and recruiting and training new mentors to support clients.

Three Employment Advisors are required to provide advice and guidance to ex-offenders and long-term un-employed adults in the Norwich & Gt Yarmouth areas. The successful candidates will have excellent communication & motivational skills and knowledge of supporting individuals into employment.

Location: Norwich
Hours: 25 hrs a week
Salary: £27,400 pro rata

This is a new and exciting position managing new employment contracts supporting un-employed adults across Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a proven record of managing employment contracts as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.


Post: Personal Assistant to Director/Finance Manager

Salary: £18,500 pro rata
