Successful project delivery relies on relevant and purposeful collaborations and to this end Move On East maintains good relationships with a range of statutory and voluntary sector partnerships. These include:

  • Norfolk Probation Area – referrals for individuals on current Community
    Orders, funding and partnership development
  • Norwich City Council Housing Needs – funding to provide accommodation advice & support to individuals on release from prison
  • Broads Authority (Sustainable Development Fund) – funding to deliver the ‘Broaden Your Horizon’ programme of a two year period to individuals subject to Un-Paid work Orders, aged 17 – 24 years
  • City College Norwich – outreach accredited/non-accredited courses
  • NCC, Adult Education Service – accredited/non-accredited courses
  • Norfolk Constabulary – partnership work in Gt Yarmouth delivering Skills for Life/Life Skills programmes to Prolific & Priority Offenders
  • Job Centre Plus – seconded worker to Employment Service PS plus
  • Her Majesty's Prison Service, Norwich – referrals to Move On East projects
  • Norfolk Learning & Skills Council – European Social Funding for projects, funding for courses and research into Skills for Life provision to Offenders
  • DAAT(Drug & Alcohol Action Team) - Funding to provide Accommodation Advice & Rent Deposit Scheme for individuals referred by the Drug Interventions Team across Norfolk
